Dancing away your ugly belly bulge

One of the best things you can do for your body is dance to pleasant music. Many scientific studies have shown that dance can improve your outlook on life and prevent depression and anxiety. In fact, those who dance a lot have fewer injuries, stronger muscles, and stay lean and fit. Staying in shape, improving your physical and mental health, and shedding unnecessary weight is very successful. So why is it that more people are not participating in the sport of dance?

Many people have fragile egos and low self-esteem and keeping up with the dance is not that easy for many people. It takes practice and maybe even dance lessons. Some people don’t want to take dance lessons because it makes them feel silly, of course everyone has to start somewhere and it is much more silly to be unhappy and overweight and do nothing about it. That doesn’t make sense at all. So where do you start?

Probably the best place to start is to consider what kind of music you like best and find out where they play that music and see if you fit into that group of people. Each city has several dance clubs and you can search for them online or peruse the “what’s going on” section of your local newspaper. I think what you will soon find is that there are many options and options. So you can choose what best suits your style, skill level and attitude and “You feel like dancing, dancing, dancing all night!” It is time to lose weight and feel healthier and happier.
