The MB102 Breadboard power supply module is an easy-to-use and most useful breadboard component. It provides 3.3V or 5V output and can be configured by changing the jumpers. It can be powered from regulated or unregulated DC power supplies with 6.5-12 VDC input via the DC barrel socket or USB-A socket. The output can be turned ON or OFF by the ON-OFF switch, and the status of the power supply is indicated by a power LED. The insulated-gate bipolar transistors (IGBT) on this board combine the simplicity of gate-drive MOSFETs with the high current and low saturation voltage capability of bipolar power transistors.
